Office Manager
Responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of Abundant Mines’ headquarters and administrative functions. This role coordinates office operations, facilities, team logistics, vendor relationships, company events, travel, inventory, and administrative support, acting as the operational backbone of the Bend headquarters and creating an organized, professional environment for employees, leadership, customers, partners, and visitors.
Customer Success
Ensures every customer receives an exceptional experience from purchase through ongoing hosting operations. Owns onboarding, support, retention, education, communication, and advocacy, serving as the primary relationship manager and the voice of the customer within Abundant Mines to drive retention, satisfaction, referrals, and long-term growth.
ASIC Repair Technician
Diagnoses, repairs, tests, and maintains Bitcoin mining equipment to maximize fleet uptime and efficiency. Focuses on component-level ASIC repair, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, inventory management, and continuous improvement, reducing downtime and replacement costs and returning miners to production as quickly as possible.
Site Technician
Supports the day-to-day operation of Abundant Mines’ hosting facilities: miner deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, inventory management, facility upkeep, and customer-facing site support. Serves as the operational backbone of the site, helping ensure uptime, safety, and professionalism across all facility operations.
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Creates qualified sales opportunities for Client Advisors through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, market research, and relationship development. Serves as the front line of revenue generation and maintains a healthy pipeline of future opportunities.
Client Advisor
Drives revenue growth through the sale of bitcoin mining equipment, hosting services, and related solutions. Serves as the primary sales contact for prospective clients, guiding them from initial inquiry through contract execution and onboarding as a trusted, transparent advisor, and proactively creates new business through referrals, networking, re-engagement, and strategic outreach.
