Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Respond to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect goals, budget, timeline, and suitability.
  • Qualify opportunities according to company sales criteria.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of active opportunities.
  • Ensure all prospect interactions are accurately documented in CRM.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up cadence.

Sales Consultations & Closing

  • Present mining hardware, hosting services, and bitcoin mining solutions
  • Explain ROI projections, hosting economics, and operational considerations.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person consultations.
  • Create and deliver proposals.
  • Handle objections and negotiate within approved pricing guidelines.
  • Close sales agreements and secure deposits.

Professional Development & Team Participation

  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and coaching reviews.
  • Participate in team development initiatives.
  • Apply coaching feedback to improve sales performance and client outcomes.

Outbound Business Development

  • Generate new opportunities through referrals and networking.
  • Re-engage dormant prospects.
  • Develop strategic relationships with high-value prospects.
  • Participate in industry conferences and events.

Client Handoff & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate seamless transition to Customer Success.
  • Ensure onboarding requirements are completed.
  • Communicate special client needs internally.
  • Assist with onboarding escalations when necessary.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends.
  • Gather client feedback.
  • Share insights with leadership and marketing teams.

Special Projects

  • Participate in webinars, conferences, and educational events.
  • Support content creation initiatives.
  • Assist leadership with strategic sales initiatives.

Success Metrics

  • ASIC units sold
  • Revenue generated
  • Gross profit generated
  • Lead-to-call conversion rate
  • Call-to-close conversion rate
  • Average response time to inbound inquiries
  • CRM compliance score
  • Client onboarding satisfaction
